They find the importance in building rapport with the parents as well and it's lovely having a chat with them during drop offs and pick ups. My child has dairy allergy and from the day he started they would check with me to make sure the food they are giving him is suitable and update me if any changes. They are on top with my child's medication as well if it's expiring in the next month or running low. They are indeed very supportive. I highly recommend them.

The staff have always been really approachable and informative about how he is getting on. The nursery uses an APP that they regularly update with observations and pictures of my son as well as food diaries etc so I can see what he has been up to when I am at work. The APP is also really useful if I need to contact the staff or send messages during the day. Kgems always update parents with the activities the children have been doing and suggest useful and fun activities to do at home too. My son really enjoys the story and song time sessions and is always bringing home his exciting arts and crafts! The nursery is located in Clayhall Park, which is lovely as the nursery benefits from a lovely and large green garden! Which is definitely a rarity in London nurseries. The garden area is full of stimulating and fun activities for the children and my son often has lots of exciting things to say about the outdoor classroom! Overall, I have been really pleased with Kgems Clayhall nursery and would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents! I will be sad to see my son leave when he starts school!
